Generative Media Orchestration for CineV

Product problem
Turning a story into a coherent animation requires more than a single model call. The product must coordinate reusable story elements, shot-level planning, image and video generation, long-running jobs, and recovery when one stage fails.
Role and ownership
As AI Lead at Cinamon, I proposed the initiative, designed its initial architecture, and built the first end-to-end prototype. I then worked with the team to evolve the prototype into a production workflow for CineV’s main service.
What I shipped
- Connected project prompts and source material to story, cast, place, prop, storyboard, image, and video workflows.
- Designed modular, graph-based agent flows and asynchronous APIs for long-running generation jobs.
- Coordinated multiple generation providers while preserving asset and project state between stages.
- Added failure recovery and operational paths needed to move from prototype behavior to a maintained service.
Engineering depth
Graph-based AI-agent orchestration, typed API boundaries, asynchronous workflows, multimodal provider integration, media-asset lifecycle management, tracing, testing, and production operations.
Public outcome and evidence
The workflow became part of CineV’s public animation service. CineV now presents a storyboard-first production path in which creators develop scenes, direct shots, and enhance them through AI generation rather than treating every clip as an isolated prompt.
